RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Applicable to: Power Experimental Equipment & Precision Instruments

Thank you for choosing our power testing solutions. Due to the high-precision and professional nature of our equipment, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 calendar days after receiving your item (based on the delivery date provided by the carrier) to request a return. After this period, the equipment is deemed accepted and non-returnable for non-quality issues.

2. SHIPPING AND MISCELLANEOUS COSTS

For all returns initiated due to non-quality issues (e.g., incorrect model selection, project cancellation, or change of mind), the Buyer shall be responsible for all costs, including but not limited to: return shipping fees, insurance, customs duties, and any related administrative charges.

The Buyer also assumes responsibility for any damage or loss during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing full-value insurance.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the equipment must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and never connected to a power source or integrated into a system.
  • Complete Packaging: It must include the original packaging, all accessories (cables, sensors, probes), user manuals, and calibration certificates.
  • Security Seals: All anti-tamper labels, warranty seals, or lead seals must be intact and show no signs of tampering.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, invoice, or official order confirmation is required.

4. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us at devin@vindaion.cn to start a return. Please provide your order number and current photos of the equipment.
  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Shipment: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom Products: Equipment built to specific customer specifications or personalized orders.
  • Software & Licenses: Products containing activated software licenses or digital keys.
  • Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance stock, or gift cards.

6. REFUNDS AND INSPECTION

Upon receipt, our engineering team will conduct a thorough Technical Inspection to verify the equipment’s functionality and condition. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on this inspection. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
