The VINDJS-6A is a specialized, high-efficiency testing apparatus designed for the batch dielectric withstand testing of insulating safety gear, including rubber boots and gloves. Engineered to replace irregular and unsafe manual testing methods, this device streamlines the inspection process, significantly enhancing detection speed and operational safety. It is capable of simultaneously testing up to 8 pairs of insulating gloves or boots, accurately identifying leakage current, insulation aging, and power frequency withstand capabilities.

Integrating a high-voltage power source with an advanced control system, the VINDJS-6A features a compact, integration design that ensures reliable performance, easy mobility, and flexible operation. It is the ideal solution for power utilities and industrial safety departments requiring precise and compliant safety gear certification.

Key Features

Simultaneous Multi-Channel Testing: Capable of testing 8 items at once, measuring high voltage, low voltage current, and 8 independent leakage current channels to ensure comprehensive safety analysis.

Intelligent Automation: Features an "approach-style" voltage regulation algorithm. The device automatically ramps up to the set voltage, performs the withstand timer count, and automatically ramps down to zero upon completion.

Advanced Safety Protections: Equipped with comprehensive protection mechanisms, including over-voltage, over-current, and leakage current limits. The system includes a zero-position detection function, ensuring voltage can only be raised when the regulator is at zero.
